The M300 is built on the newly developed GM Gamma platform and boasts appealing features like a motor-bike inspired instrument panel, a sporty mix of analog speedometer and digital tachometer and hidden rear door handles just to name a few. The new Spark is set to win the hearts of young customers, as the design won the most number of votes in a manufacturer-held poll when it was just in the concept stage. The car promises upgraded quality materials and prepares a new 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol unit. The 2010 Spark received a 4-star rating with the EuroNCAP crash tests.

2009 Chevrolet Cruze

The Chevrolet Cruze is a new compact sedan which GM thinks it's an ideal choice for these times of economic instability and soaring gas prices. The Chevrolet Cruze was developed by an international team of engineers to meet the current consumer demands and environmental regulations. The car is based on a newly created platform by Opel, called the Delta II. It will have available a 2.0 liter turbo diesel engine and two petrol engines (1.6 and 1.8) with a third 1.4 turbocharged petrol to be released later in 2010. The car is currently produced in the US, Russia and South Korea with a plan to expand production, as GM aims to sell the Cruze in over 100 countries, making it the car of choice for the compact-sedan segment worldwide.

The facelifted Captiva features a new front fascia reminiscent to that of the Chevrolet Aveo (T300). Other noticeable cosmetic differences comprise LED turn signals on the door-mounted mirrors, redesigned wheels and revised side air vents. A retuned suspension, four new engines and two new transmissions will also feature.
